Flanged Tee Branch 12ga

Flanged T-Branch duct fittings are standard with industry-standard Angle Flanges on both ends. The flanges are retained via a vanstone lip so that bolt holes can easily be aligned with those on existing flanged connections.

12 gauge steel material provides extra durability for high wear applications. 12 Gauge Y-Branches have leak-free, solid welded seams; elimination of air leakage makes a dust collection system more efficient, providing savings on energy costs.

When ordering tees, specify A, C. The two “A” ends must be the same dimension, however “B” must be equal to or smaller than the “A” dimension.
Use the following formula to determine length: L = C + 8".

Available with QF ends in diameters up to 24", flanged diameters up to 72", and other end types
Other material gauges available include standard 22 and 20, 18, 16, 14 and 10

A. General Fabrication Requirements: Comply with SMACNA's "HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible," Ch. 3, "Round, Oval, and Flexible Duct," based on indicated static-pressure class unless otherwise indicated.
1. Construct ducts of galvanized sheet steel unless otherwise indicated. 304SS Optional.
2. Basis-of-Design Product: Subject to compliance with requirements, provide Nordfab Ducting, LLC; Quick Fit (QF) Duct.
B. Connection Joints: Joint types are fabricated in accordance with SMACNA's "HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible," for static-pressure class, applicable sealing requirements, materials involved, duct-support intervals, and other provisions in SMACNA's "HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible."
1. Quick Fit Joints in Ducts 3 to 24 inches (76 to 510 mm) in diameter. Flange: Optional.
2. Flanged Joints in All Ducts Greater than 24 inches (610 mm) in diameter.
C. Longitudinal Seams: Seam types are fabricated in accordance with SMACNA's "HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible," Figure 3-2, "Round Duct Longitudinal Seams," for static-pressure class, applicable sealing requirements, materials involved, duct-support intervals, and other provisions in SMACNA's "HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible."
1. Fabricated round ducts 3 to 24 inches (76 to 510 mm) in diameter to have laser-welded or plasma-welded longitudinal seams.
2. Fabricated round ducts above 24 inches (610 mm) in diameter to have plasma-welded longitudinal seams.
