The fixed auditorium seating provides comfortable and stylish seating for audience members in auditoriums, theaters, and lecture halls. With plush cushioning, ergonomic support, and a range of customizable options, these seats enhance the overall experience by ensuring prolonged comfort during performances, presentations, or lectures. The upholstery throughout the seat adds aesthetics to the space and offers durability and easy maintenance for long-term use. Additionally, the fixed design ensures stability and proper spacing, optimizing the seating capacity and maximizing the utilization of the available space.

This family is designed to be configured using the easy-to-use parameters in the properties window in Revit. After placing the family in your project, enter the desired width (armrest center-to-center) and the appropriate pitch for maximizing audience sight lines. More parameters under the Construction category allow for more options, such as side tables, cupholders, and upright end panels.This family also includes several material parameters for adjusting the overall aesthetics of your auditorium chairs. Material options include frame powder coat color, seat and back plastic color, end panel laminate, table laminate, edgebanding, and upholstery fabric. The included fabric material is a base fabric that can easily be edited by adding a sample swatch into the image field in the material editor. Construction
- Seating may be floor or riser mounted with upright support assemblies and upholstered seat and back
- Available spacings: 19", 20", 21", 22", 23", 24" center-to-center
- Available in three pitch positions for maximizing audience sight lines: 16°, 20°, and 24°
- Seat is constructed of 7-ply molded plywood bonded to 2" or 3" urethane foam, bonded to upholstery fabric
- Injection-molded or wood back assembly seals inner seat construction
- Integrated seat pivot assembly includes a 5/8" diameter full-width axel
- Frame constructed of 1-1/2" diameter 16-gauge steel supports welded to top and bottom plates and finished with a high-quality powder coat
- Plastic or wood armcap is mounted to the top place of the upright frame and can include an optional cupholder
- Optional self-storing side table construction from 13-ply baltic birch plywood and finished with high-pressure melamine laminate and PVC edgebanding
- Seat numbers, row markers, and ADA removable units available on request
- Optional aisle lights, power, and data ports available on request
- Hardwired aisle lights meet New York City guidelines for theatre safety lighting
