The cabinet features high-performance industrial-grade particleboard and medium density fiberboard (MDF) for robust construction. It includes heavy-duty, five-knuckle hinges and solid laminate doors that offer both security and aesthetic value. The locker seamlessly integrates into existing architectural plans with flexibility in dimensions and color options selected from standard offerings. - High-performance industrial grade particleboard, 45-pound density.
- 3mm nominal PVC edge banding with a radius of 1/8” on edges and corners.
- Fixed shelves securely fastened to end panels or dividers.
- Doors mounted flush between end panels and vertical dividers.
- Factory-applied finished panel for cabinet base/toe kick.
- Four steel bracket/pin heavy-duty levelers with finish boot, factory fastened.
Hardware:
- Heavy-duty five-knuckle hinges, 2 3/4 inches, ANSI/BHMA A156.9 Grade 1 compliant.
- Simple wire design pulls.
