SMI 1.5" Mechanical Seam

SMI 1.5" Mechanical Seam Standing Seam Panels over Plywood Roof Deck
1.5" Mechanical Seam Standing Seam Panels with 1½-inch high mechanically seamed ribs for installation over a minimum ½ inch thick plywood roof deck with a minimum slope of 2 inches in 12 inches (2/12). With slopes lower than a 2/12 roof pitch, contact SMI Technical Department for further installation direction and requirements. SMI 1.5” Mechanical Seam Standing Seam Panels are available with Florida State Building Code Product Approval and Texas Department of Insurance certificates. Contact the SMI Technical Department to verify the decking assembly.
